For over 25 years, I’ve been navigating life with Crohn’s, Colitis, and since 2019, a permanent ileostomy. I know first-hand the fear, fatigue, and confusion that comes with chronic illness, because I’ve lived it too! Today, I live medication-free through anti-inflammatory nutrition, gentle movement, breathwork, and creative healing practices.
