Across the 12 weeks, we’ll cover everything from understanding your gut and triggers, to building anti-inflammatory foundations, eating out without stress, listening to your body, and even preventing future flares. The mentorship is designed to give you tools and confidence that last a lifetime.
We meet once a week on Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your home. You’ll also get resources, recipes, and ongoing support between calls.
I’m not a doctor, but I am highly experienced in supporting people with IBD and stomas, and I hold a Diploma in Nutrition. Everything we do will be complementary to your medical care. Please make sure to let me know about your medical history so I can tailor the mentorship to your needs.
